Are you ready to take the next step in your nursing career and make a real impact? We are looking for a motivated and experienced nurse to join a supportive care home as a Deputy Manager. You will work alongside the Registered Manager to provide leadership to a compassionate and dedicated clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of care for residents.
Package:
Competitive salary £50,500£56,000per year DOE (4043 hours/week)

Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
Experience in a senior clinical or leadership role within a care home
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to monitor and maintain high standards of care
Knowledge of dementia and complex nursing care preferred
Committed to person-centred care
Ability to reliably commute or relocate as required
Responsibilities:
Support the Manager in implementing policies, procedures and care objectives
Monitor and maintain standards of care delivered by qualified staff
Ensure residents needs are met, updating care plans as necessary
Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Supervise, mentor, and appraise care staff
Support clinical audits and governance procedures
Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives
Promote a positive and safe care environment
