As a program manager you are responsible for the achievements of the projects contained with in the program.This position will coordinate efforts between internal and external stakeholders within our organization and must be extremely communicative and transparent. The goal is to not only apply the strategy, development, integration of the software program but also to coach and mentor project managers who are a part of that program and help to facilitate their success.The program manager will be responsible for the overall schedule, scope, and budget of the program, and are constantly improving to find better ways to succeed with each new project that comes along.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives and organizational objectives.Develop tools to assess the individual projects and overall program to highlight potential challenges and opportunities.Maintain and Develop standards of quality and performance.Managing the budgets of individual projects and creating a Program budget for overall financial health.Managing a team and interacting with other teams with a diverse array of talents, abilities, and responsibilities.Implementing and managing changes, and interventions to ensure the project goals are met.Consistent meetings with internal and external stakeholders for awareness of achievements, challenges, and risksREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, FinanceSeven to 10 years of experience with Software Project ManagementCross functional team management experienceStrong understanding of Scrum framework as well as Waterfall.Project costing and forecasting experienceRisk management and risk mitigation experienceAble to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentPMP, Scrum Master certifications ASM, CSMAbility to travel nationally and internationally approximatively 10-15% of the timeThis position description should not be considered all-inclusive.#LI-MG1
