Your new roleAs a Client Care Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth handover to the legal teams. You’ll handle iing enquiries, make outbound calls to prospective clients, and manage the initial stages of personal injury claims. Your responsibilities will includepleting claim forms, conducting checks, liaising with insurers, arranging rehabilitation, and providing outstanding client support throughout.
What you’ll need to succeed
1. Exceptional client care andmunication skills, ideally from a professional services, legal, or insurance background (transferable skills considered).
2. Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
