We are looking for a Supportive Living Service Manager to join our team and oversee our supportive living community, ensuring the highest standards of care for the people we support.
About the Role
As our Service Manager, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring a dedicated team to provide person-centred support that empowers individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives. You will be responsible for:
* Overseeing all aspects of care planning and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
* Supporting, coaching, and supervising your team to deliver outstanding care and support.
* Working collaboratively with other managers and professionals to maintain a positive and supportive environment.
* Monitoring quality, safety, and performance across the service.
* Being a point of contact for families, professionals, and external stakeholders.
* Driving between services as required, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
