About The Role: LDC Care Co are expanding into Medway and seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to head up a new patch. You will join an experienced team of 15 Registered Managers in the East Kent region and help establish a new project while supporting ongoing operations across Kent.
We currently have over 70 services in Kent, with 600 staff delivering around 26,000 hours of care every week. This role offers the challenge of launching a new venture with the backing of a supportive network.
Responsibilities
* You will be assigned to an operational patch overseen by your designated Operations Manager and will receive support from other Registered Managers within your direct team. You will share CQC registration to focus on achieving outstanding care quality standards as a team.
* You will oversee a small cluster of Supported Living services within a geographic area, focusing on delivering specialist levels of care and support.
* Across these locations you will manage the care and support for an average of 6–12 individuals with complex needs, typically requiring around 1,000 hours of care per week. Care may be delivered on the basis of 1:1, 2:1 or 4:1 staffing, and you will develop approaches to promote independence and community integration while keeping individuals safe.
* You will manage a highly qualified staff team within each service, line managing around 30 team members, and foster an open, engaging environment to support high-quality care.
* You will work with a Deputy Manager to assist with staff support, roster planning, and care plan updates.
* You will have access to specialist resources including an in-house PBS Practitioner, Quality & Compliance Manager, HR and Recruitment, and the LDC Academy for staff training and development needs.

About You
Management experience within the Adult Health and Social Care sector is essential. The successful candidate should demonstrate experience in supporting complex individuals with additional challenges and promote a positive, outcome-focused ethos within a service. If you are caring, passionate, organized and fair, you would complement this role.
