Job Description:
Yard Operative with CB Licence and driving licence.
Perm Role £28,500 year
Monday Friday 07.30-16.30/17.00
Base in MK12
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the yard and ensuring equipment is prepared, handled and dispatched safely and efficiently.
Key duties include:
* Loading and unloading equipment using FLT
* Picking, preparing and loading
* Manual handling of equipment and stock
* Preparing equipment for jobs and ensuring it is ready for despatch
* Checking, maintaining and monitoring stock levels
* Assisting with regular servicing, inspections and basic maintenance of equipment
* Supporting health & safety procedures, including near miss, accident and damage reporting
* Completing basic admin such as load lists, labelling and reporting missing or damaged items
This is an outdoor role, working in a yard environment in all weather conditions.
