About the role:
We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Launch Control Co-Ordinator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring that customer requirements are translated into efficient and achievable production plans. You’ll work closely with both internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects.
What does this role involve day to day?
•Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer requirements and deadlines
•Adjusting build plans in response to changes in demand or supply chain issues
•Communicating and collaborating with internal teams (e.g. Weld, Paint, Materials, Assembly) and external stakeholders
•Monitoring project progress and identifying any risks to delivery timelines
•Escalating issues when needed to ensure targets are met and projects stay on track
This will be suited to you if…
•You are highly organised with strong attention to detail
•You are a clear and confident communicator who works well with others
•You can work independently but also thrive in a team environment
•You take a proactive, problem-solving approach to challenges
•You are comfortable using Microsoft Excel and SAP
•You have (or are interested in developing) experience in planning, coordination, or a production environment
