Role: Creative Graphic Designer– Dewsbury
Salary: £30k-£40k per annum DOE
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday Friday

Position Overview
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be exclusively recruiting for a leading UK clothing manufacturer.
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for fashion and sportswear to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current design trends, branding, and garment graphics. You will work closely with product developers, designers, and marketing teams to create visually compelling artwork that enhances our apparel collections.
Responsibilities
* Creating new concepts
* Updating kit designs
* POD designs
* Apparel Graphic Design: Create unique and trend-driven graphics, prints, and patterns for apparel, including t-shirts, hoodies, jerseys, and accessories.
* Brand Identity & Marketing: Develop branding elements such as logos, packaging, swing tags, and promotional materials.
* Trend & Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging design techniques in sports and fashion.
* Collaboration: Work with product developers, fashion designers, and marketing teams to bring design concepts to life.
* Technical Execution: Prepare production-ready artwork, including tech packs and print specifications, ensuring high-quality output.
* Digital & Social Media Assets: Design engaging visuals for digital marketing campaigns, website content, and social media platforms.
* Presentation & Concept Development: Present design concepts, mood boards, and visual storytelling to stakeholders.
* Creation of fashion artwork, pro sport artwork and grassroots artwork
* Tech Packs
* A background within retail, clothing ideally
Skills
* Experience in a graphic design role in fashion, sportswear, or a related field.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with 3D design software is a plus.
* Creativity & Trend Awareness: Ability to translate market trends into commercial designs suitable for sports and fashion consumers.
* Attention to Detail: Strong eye for typography, colour theory, and composition.
* Time Management: Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
* Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing fashion/sportswear-related graphic design work.
