What You Will Be Doing as Campaign Manager
* Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns designed to generate demand and high-quality leads
* Create compelling marketing assets including content for digital channels, case studies, articles, social posts, and events
* Work closely with commercial teams to understand customer personas and business goals
* Identify opportunities for growth and tailor campaigns to key market segments
* Track and evaluate campaign performance using relevant tools and analytics
* Adjust campaign tactics based on insight and feedback to improve ROI
* Help shape the marketing calendar across software and cybersecurity service lines
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive, high-impact messaging
What Are We Looking for in a Campaign Manager?
* Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally within tech or cybersecurity-related sectors
* Confident using platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Dotdigital, Google Analytics, and social scheduling tools
* Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and a proactive approach
* Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and drive measurable results
* Skilled communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly
* Experience in marketing automation and content development is a plus
* Comfortable reporting outcomes to leadership and adapting strategies as needed
