What you will do
* Attend Child in Need planning meetings
* Implement Child in Need plans efficiently
* Review and monitor Child in Need care plans in accordance with legislation
* Identify resources and services to achieve planned outcomes within agreed timelines
* Recognise the developmental needs of children in need
* Ensure outcomes are achieved sufficiently through thorough assessments
* Maintain up‑to‑date case recordings
* Work closely with children and families under supervision orders
* Conduct and record 6‑weekly visits consistently
* Carry out both announced and unannounced visits
* Ensure child protection and looked‑after children processes are implemented
* Seek legal advice as required regarding supervision or care orders
Requirements
To apply, it is essential to have a degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work, current registration with Social Work England, and significant frontline experience within Social Services in the UK.
