Core Responsibilities Own and deliver a growth-focused ecommerce strategy for your assigned brand Analyse performance metrics to drive insight-led actions Plan and execute performance campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and marketplaces Continuously optimise UX, CRO, and the end-to-end customer journey Collaborate closely with the wider ecommerce and brand team Manage agency relationships and support other internal teams when needed Deliver strong ROAS from marketing budgets Lead website merchandising for ease of navigation and conversion Support customer service touchpoints during peak periods Track emerging platforms and trends for innovation opportunities What Youll Need At least 4 years ecommerce experience with demonstrable growth results Minimum 2 years in a role with strategic or operational responsibility Strong grasp of ecommerce platforms (Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, etc.) Expertise in at least three digital channels (e.g. SEO, PPC, email, CRO, paid social) Sharp commercial mindset and confident handling of performance data A proactive and highly organised approach Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally A curiosity for testing and a passion for performance improvement Bonus If You Have Magento/Adobe Commerce experience SMS marketing or digital PR exposure Canva or other light design tools Marketplace setup and management skills Experience with customer loyalty or retention platforms What Youll Get Mid/Senior Level Salary Office-based role in Belfast, with one day WFH available after probation 32 days holiday (inclusive of statutory), rising with service Higher-than-average death-in-service benefit Excellent employer pension contributions Access to on-site gym, cycle-to-work scheme, secure bike parking, and showers Breakout areas with games, free fruit, tea & coffee Health cash plan and discount platform (post-probation) Comprehensive onboarding and learning opportunities About the Business The role sits within a high-performing ecommerce division of a longstanding, privately owned company with deep consumer brand roots.
