Location: Lodge Farm, NN5 Pay Rate: £12.21 day shift / £13.00 night shift Shift Pattern: Flexible, 5 out of 7 days per week (rotating shift). Weekly rota changes. Day shift: 11:45 - 20:45 Night shift: 06:00 - 15:00 OR 20:00 - 05:00 Must be flexible to work up to 12 hours on some days and do overtime (up to midnight, if required). Key Responsibilities: * Heavy lifting of items such as white goods, mattresses, wardrobes, sofas (up to 75 kg) * Picking, loading, and unloading goods * General warehouse duties as required * Quality checking any returns Requirements: * Must be physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting * Willing to work Saturdays and beyond scheduled hours when necessary * Safety shoes and Hi-Vis are mandatory What We Offer: * Competitive hourly pay * A chance to work in a busy and dynamic environment * Flexible shifts and rotating schedules Additional Information: A walk-around of the workspace and induction will take place before starting.
