Key Responsibilities
Wireless Network Administration
* Configure, monitor, and maintain Aruba wireless controllers, access points, and related infrastructure.
* Manage Aruba Central or AirWave for centralized monitoring and reporting.
Performance & Optimization
* Conduct regular health checks and performance tuning of wireless networks.
* Implement RF optimization strategies to ensure coverage and minimize interference.
Security & Compliance
* Apply Aruba ClearPass policies for secure authentication and access control.
* Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshooting & Support
* Diagnose and resolve wireless connectivity issues for end-users and devices.
* Provide Level 2/3 support for wireless‑related incidents and escalations.
Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, policies, and network diagrams.
* Generate performance and capacity reports for management review.
* Technical Accreditations advantageous.
Key Skills & Knowledge
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Experience in wireless network administration, preferably with Aruba solutions.
* Hands‑on experience with Aruba Mobility Controllers, Access Points, ClearPass, AirWave, and Aruba Central.
* Strong understanding of wireless protocols (802.11 standards), RF principles, and network security.
* Certifications such as Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA), Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) are highly desirable.
