We now have a fantastic job role available to work within our senior team as Bar & Restaurant Supervisor on a full-time basis. Rate of pay is negotiable and depending on experience. And live in or out status.
Responsibilities of Bar & Restaurant Supervisor
* Responsible for leading and supervising the team on shift
* Ensure that all guests are being looked after with excellent customer service and to deal with any complaints that may arise in a positive manner
* Meeting and greeting guests with a friendly, courteous and professional manner
* Ensure a good working knowledge of Menus. Be able to make recommendations
* Checking and ordering of stock
* Allocation of duties to your team

Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience working in a similar role with a senior role background. Experience working in a busy hotel environment is desirable, however not essential.
