Yard Operative – Avonmouth (BS11)
Location: Avonmouth, BS11
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Overtime: Available
We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Yard Operative to join our busy team in Avonmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking to grow within a supportive and expanding company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out general yard duties including cleaning, organising, and maintaining the site
2. Perform manual handling and heavy lifting as part of daily tasks
3. Support operations and help maintain a safe, tidy working environment
4. Work collaboratively as part of a small, friendly team
Requirements:
5. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
6. Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
7. Reliable and punctual
8. Previous yard or labouring experience is a plus, but not essential — full training will be provided
