This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a solid foundation in employment law—someone confident advising across both contentious and non-contentious matters. The caseload is varied and engaging: youll be supporting clients on everything from contracts and policies to performance and absence management, disciplinary procedures, restructuring, redundancies, TUPE, and wider corporate employment issues. There’s also an active litigation element, including both Employment Tribunal and High Court work. What sets this firm apart is its people-first culture.
