What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Assist in the day-to-day management of a large residential property portfolio Support with safety compliance checks (Gas & Electrical certificates) Communicate with landlords and tenants professionally and promptly Issue and follow up on maintenance work orders Keep all parties updated on property-related issues Assist with deposit handling and serving legal notices under supervision Learn and apply property management legislation and processes Provide outstanding customer service across all communication channels What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): A genuine interest in property and a desire to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with good attention to detail Willingness to take initiative and follow through on tasks Ability to prioritise workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment Professional and confident telephone manner Previous experience in property, customer service, or administration (advantageous but not essential) Basic understanding of lettings or property procedures is a plus What's In It For You?
