The Home Hub is part of Children & Family Services in the Together for Families directorate which provides support to children and families within the county.
Your day will involve reading referrals for children, liaising with social workers for the children, foster carers and/or their social workers and other professionals who know the child in order that you can learn more about them and their needs to enable you to find them a well‑matched foster family.
