Our Private Tax team works with a broad range of entrepreneurial, owner-managed, PE-backed, and AIM-listed businesses, as well as their shareholders, family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, private equity clients, and professional partnerships.
This role is offered on a hybrid working basis.
Your key responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Drive business development and identify new opportunities
* Manage the delivery of complex and demanding compliance and tax advisory projects
* Ensure technical excellence and a practical, business-driven approach
* Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members
* Contribute to team initiatives, including training, retention, and development
Skills and attributes for success
What we look for
* Proven relationship management and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Confident negotiator, able to articulate and defend opinions effectively
* Demonstrated business development experience
* Strong time management and ability to perform under pressure
* Project management skills with a focus on delivery and budget control
* Excellent tax technical expertise where you will oversee the preparation and review of complex tax compliance workstreams, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality across all deliverables
* Experience advising a range of Funds clients
* ACA/CTA qualification (with full technical training) or equivalent tax specialist qualification
* CCH or similar experience
