Location: Godalming High Street, Surrey (Remote or Hybrid options available)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 PA
Start Date: January 2026

Your Role:
* Create detailed 2D technical drawings for steel fabrication based on specifications and customer requirements.
* Review and check drawings prepared by other draughtsmen.
* Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
* Update and revise drawings based on design changes or client feedback.
* Participate in design reviews and resolve technical issues during production at our workshop in Oldbury, West Midlands.
What We’re Looking For in a Draughtsman:
Skills & Attributes:
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive and creative mindset.
Experience:
* Proficiency in CAD software (Autodesk AutoCAD experience is a plus).
* Familiarity with document management systems.
* Excellent knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and file-sharing platforms.
