* Handle orders from initial receipt to final delivery, ensuring all client expectations are met
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding all order statuses and updates
* Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the delivery process
* Process orders for new customers and manage changes across the existing base
* Ensure correct kit/licensing allocation for orders
* Collaborate with all business functions for a smooth process
* Escalate issues to line managers and stakeholders as needed
