Job Description
This role will be suited to candidates within commuting distance of Bridgwater or willing to relocate, with support available.
You will join a two-year graduate programme embedded within live nuclear construction projects.
Your role supports site delivery, coordination, and construction management across critical project phases.
️ Support day-to-day construction activities across a major nuclear site
Assist with planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction progress
️ Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site management teams
Support safe, compliant delivery of construction works on site
Contribute to reporting, documentation, and site performance reviews
Engage in rotations to build broad construction management experience

Degree in Construction Management or closely related discipline
️ Strong interest in large-scale construction site environments
Basic understanding of construction planning and sequencing
️ Willingness to learn from on-site delivery teams
Clear communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to travel or relocate within the UK
Proactive mindset with strong organisational skills
Ability to obtain UK security clearance
Additional Information
Eligibility Requirements:
To join our Graduate Scheme, you must be a UK sole national and a UK resident, as this is required for the type of work we do. You’ll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance.
As part of the programme, you should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK, and we’ll provide relocation support where needed.
