About the Role
As the Head of Technical Delivery, you will lead the strategy, delivery, and development of technical solutions, primarily involving Microsoft D365, SharePoint, Azure, and related integrations. You will manage the complete implementation and support services provided to external customers, ensuring optimal business outcomes. This role demands strategic leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on project execution to drive digital transformation for our client's customers.
Essential Skills and Experience
* 10+ years in a senior technical role, preferably within IT consultancy or service-oriented business.
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
* Proven ability to lead technical implementation projects from discovery to post-implementation support.
* Strong understanding of business processes across various industries.
* Experience in consultancy or professional services, managing multiple customers and projects.
* Deep knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem integrations.
* Experience in stakeholder management with senior executives, IT teams, and business users.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the technical delivery strategy.
* Oversee technical delivery projects, ensuring successful implementation and optimization.
* Lead and manage a team of consultants, developers, and solution architects.
* Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams, providing technical expertise for new business opportunities.
* Establish and maintain best practices in technical implementation.
* Work with Microsoft and other partners to stay ahead of platform developments.
* Ensure the support and maintenance of deployed solutions.
* Drive innovation by identifying automation opportunities and AI integration.
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers, promoting digital transformation.
* Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
