Supply Chain Oversight ManagerRole Description
The purpose of this role is to lead on Supply Chain Oversight for the Procurement & Supplier Management Function within the Procurement Development and Analytics Team.
You will work with the Head of Procurement Development and Analytics to define and drive theernance, oversight and enablement framework that is deployed across Procurement & Supplier Management.
This role will establish oversight and due diligence processespliant with Functional Rules, Standards and Policies relating to Third Parties ensuring a consistent approach in line with best practice.
This is a Hybrid role - multi site working is available, specific location for this role can be discussed at interview.
Salary Information
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

About You
1. Develop Procurement & Supplier Management oversight translating Regulatory requirements andpany strategy into the due diligence processes
2. Ensure the understanding and importance of third-party risk management and support its implementation
3. Collaborate with the COO pillar and safeguarding functions to ensure we meet the required standards
4. Establish clear accountability for strategic suppliers to align with key risk indicators, reduce third-party exposure, and enhance operational impact
5. Contribute to theernance, oversight and enablement strategy ensuring that Third Party Risk controls are operationalised
6. Support Procurement and Supplier Management in ensuring that risks and associated mitigation activity always reflects best practice, current regulatory and group standards
7. Lead on internal audit andpliance actions for Procurement and Supplier Management as required
8. Support notification to supervisory authority in accordance with the stipulated timelines set by the regulation
9. Responsible for providing ongoing Procurement, Outsourcing & TPRM operational support, guidance, and operational subject matter expertise to stakeholders, supporting implementation of key initiatives
10. Champion sustainability and ethical sourcing practices within procurement activities to align with Allianz's Global Sustainability strategy

11. Knowledge and understanding of Procurement and risk management processes, specifically due diligence and risk assessment and remediation activities
12. Knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

14. Knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices
15. Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills
16. Analytical mindset
17. Knowledge of Operational Resilience and business continuity planning

22. Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
23. Understanding of TPRM
24. Understanding of PRA and FCA regulations
