Overview
We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury to join us as Sales Consultant in our Cheltenham store. This is a part-time opportunity, working 16 hours per week on an 11 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
* As the face of our brand, provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers.
* Use a personalized selling approach, managing the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
* Assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate confidence and a positive, can-do attitude.
* High level of personal grooming standards, passion for luxury, and alignment with our brand values.
* Ability to work well in a team, with drive and motivation to achieve store and personal KPIs, and flexibility to meet business requirements.
