With strategic acquisitions in progress and a clear growth strategy, the business is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Managing Director to lead them through their next exciting phase. The Role As Managing Director, you will hold full P&L responsibility, driving operational excellence while executing the company’s long-term growth plans. You will inspire and lead a growing team, work closely with the board, and deliver on strategic objectives, including market expansion, revenue diversification, and preparing the business for potential acquisition or exit. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a clear business growth strategy aligned with the 5-year plan Oversee all core business functions, including sales, operations, finance, manufacturing, and marketing Lead and mentor the senior management team to achieve ambitious growth targets Strengthen market position within the mobility sector (B2B, B2C, and international) Enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and use of modern technology Maintain high standards of quality and customer service across operations Represent the business at key industry events, partnerships, and negotiations Drive EBITDA growth and prepare the company for acquisition or exit opportunities What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Managing Director, COO, or GM within manufacturing, mobility, or B2B products Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills, with experience scaling SMEs Knowledge of acquisitions, fundraising, or M&A is advantageous Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on where required Track record of driving business growth and leading teams through change Passion for delivering products that enhance independence and improve lives Why Join?
