A summary of the job details are:
1. Manage the delivery of operational site security, as well as the front of house team
2. Lead a large team of security officers and the front of house team in the delivery of a first-class security service
3. Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development
4. Staff training and development, with monthly reporting of progress
5. Rota management
6. Implementation of policies, SOPs, AIs, emergency preparedness etc.
7. Incident management and response
8. Safeguard various assets to include people, buildings and information
