Are you an experienced conveyancing professional who thrives on delivering outstanding client service and managing property matters from start to finish? We are looking for a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join a supportive and fast-moving legal team.

The Role
In this position, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, taking responsibility from initial instruction through to completion. You will work autonomously while benefiting from the support of a knowledgeable team.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing sale, purchase, re-mortgage, and transfer of equity matters independently
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts
Providing clear, commercially focused advice to clients
Liaising effectively with estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders
Conducting required searches and ensuring regulatory compliance
Accurately maintaining case management systems and meeting key deadlines
Supporting junior team members when needed

About You
To excel in this opportunity, you will be:
A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive
Experienced in managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
Confident, organised, and able to work to deadlines with accuracy
An excellent communicator with strong client care skills
Professional, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional results
