Role Description
This is a part time onsite Security role based in Yeovil, Somerset. The individual(s) will perform SIA Door Supervisor duties at a well known and respected nightclub. Tasks such as conducting physical security checks, monitoring systems for threats, responding to security incidents, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. Additional duties include supporting risk assessments, executing protocols for safety, and collaborating with a professional security team to ensure excellence in service delivery.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Physical Security practices and techniques
* In date SIA Door Supervisor license and Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW (minimum))
* Strong Communication skills for clear interaction with clients and teams
* Attention to detail and ability to assess and respond to security threats
* Relevant certifications in security or risk management are beneficial
* Experience within emergency response/military or law enforcement is a plus
* Ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations
