About the Role Reporting to the Senior Transducer Engineer, you will play a key role in testing, analysing, and improving underwater acoustic transducer systems.
The role involves both laboratory-based work and close collaboration with production and engineering teams.
If you join you will: Perform in-air and in-water acoustic and electrical testing Analyse test data and produce clear technical reports, including root cause analysis and recommendations Use specialised laboratory equipment to measure sound pressure levels, frequency response, noise, and vibration Develop and execute test procedures that meet acoustic, electrical, and environmental standards Support and improve existing underwater acoustic products and calibration systems Communicate results clearly through written reports and technical presentations Liaise with production teams to improve acoustic processes and implement enhancements Assist with the development and evaluation of new subsea transducer designs Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications About You : You are analytical, methodical, and enjoy hands-on engineering work.
