Clinical Pharmacist – GP Surgery – Port Talbot
Locum / Contract OR Permanent Opportunity Available
Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a friendly and supportive GP surgery in Port Talbot. This is an onsite role, and the client is open to either locum/contract or a permanent hire depending on your preference!
Location: Port Talbot, Wales
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (either 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm – flexible on this)
System: EMIS experience is ideal
Pay: In line with Band 7 (rate dependent on experience)
Independent Prescriber: Desirable but not essential
Role details:
You will be supporting the GP surgery team with:
* Medicines reconciliation
* Managing medication requests
* Chronic disease management
* Working as part of a wider multidisciplinary team
