Family Solicitor, 1+ Years' PQE, Staffordshire, GBP Competitive (DOE) : A new opportunity for a proactive Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 year's post:qualified experience in Private Family Law to join a highly regarded team. JOB REF:0612.
THE ROLE:
- You will handle a varied caseload of high:net:worth, privately funded family matters to include divorce and financial remedy, Children Act applications, emergency applications and domestic abuse cases
- Advise clients with empathy and accuracy from initial instruction through to resolution
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Family Law department by delivering outstanding client care
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 1 year's PQE in Private Family Law
- Confident in handling financial relief cases and working with high:value clients
- Passionate about delivering client:focused legal solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
