Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from lead generation to candidate placement, within a fast-paced environment. Duties
* Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to identify potential clients and candidates.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job profiling, advertising, screening, interviewing, and presenting shortlisted candidates.
* Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS platforms to maintain accurate candidate and client records.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and engagement.
* Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Leverage social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, employment legislation, and best practices in human resources.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes using systems like Salesforce and Workday.
* Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Skills
* Proven experience in lead generation within a recruitment or sales environment.
* Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft, alongside HRIS systems.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong relationship management capabilities to foster long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
* Familiarity with social media management tools for talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
* Knowledge of human resources processes, including candidate screening, onboarding, and compliance requirements.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
