We are seeking a Specialist Audiologist to join our busy and friendly team. The role is full time FTE 37.5 hours per week working across our adult and pediatric services.

You will need to be a well‑motivated, enthusiastic qualified and registered audiologist. We are an innovative department, providing a comprehensive audiology service, with a highly motivated team committed to providing a high‑quality service.

1. The provision of a comprehensive audiology service within the context of the wider department
2. Carrying out a range of diagnostic audiological tests
3. Providing a comprehensive (re‑habilitation) service to 0-18 year olds with hearing loss/deafness
4. Providing a comprehensive (re‑habilitation) service to adults with hearing loss/deafness
5. Provision of (re‑habilitative) services to adults and children with complex needs
6. Maintaining own professional knowledge and contributing to the clinical developments of the department
7. Using knowledge and experience in the training and supervision of junior staff and departmental trainees
8. Working independently

You will ideally have an STP in Audiology or equivalent. HCPC/AHCS registration is expected.

Due to Home Office immigration rules, a full‑time permanent vacancy cannot be filled by individuals on a Student visa. Therefore, please be advised that if you are a Student visa holder, we will not be able to offer you a full‑time permanent contract unless you have

* applied for a Graduate visa
* successfully completed your course and applied for a Graduate visa before the anticipated start date of your employment
* the Trust has agreed that they will sponsor you as a Skilled Worker and you will complete your studies within 3 months of the anticipated start date of employment
