We’re looking for an Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Officer to join our friendly, Salisbury - based team. You’ll bring enthusiasm for all aspects of communications, a talent for writing, and a positive, can-do attitude that shines through in everything you do. Reporting to the Communications and Partnerships Manager, you’ll work closely with both our Communications and HR teams—two dynamic groups supporting a wide range of children’s services across the country. In this role, your work will be varied and meaningful, with your communications reaching across many departments and helping shape our internal culture. You’ll play a key role in delivering internal communications and supporting the development of our People and Culture strategy. Ideally, you’ll have experience creating and publishing written content and an understanding of employee engagement. You’ll enjoy writing news stories, case studies, and features—with plenty of support from your manager to grow and develop your skills. If you have two or more years of experience in a similar role, we’d welcome your application.
