Job Title: Night Order Picker (LLOP)
Location: Midpoint Park, Kingsbury Road, Sutton Coldfield, B76 1AF
Pay Rate: £15.56 per hour
Shift Pattern:
1. Monday to Friday
2. 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities of a Night Order Picker (LLOP) :
3. Operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders.
4. Follow warehouse processes and safety procedures.
5. Maintain a clean and organised working area.
6. Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet daily targets.
Training:
7. Full training will be provided to ensure the correct use of LLOP equipment and adherence to company standards.
Essential Skills & Experience a Night Order Picker (LLOP):
8. Previous experience operating LLOPs is essential.
9. VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) experience is desirable but not essential.
10. Reliability and a strong work ethic.
11. Willingness to commit to a long-term role and grow within the business.
