We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Coordinator to support our operational teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE policies and procedures across all manufacturing operations. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal standards. Assist in incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and follow-up actions. Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions to staff and contractors. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture. What We're Looking For Proven experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and best practices. NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification (essential). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and influence others to drive safety improvements.
