Salary: £34,650 + Service Charge (Up to £600 per month)

* Assist in managing the operations of multiple Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and presentation.
* Support the development of strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
* Assist with recruitment to attract skilled professionals committed to excellence.
* Implement guest satisfaction initiatives through effective training and team development.
* Promote creativity and innovation within the department to enhance the dining experience.
* Show passion for food and beverage, engaging with the team to inspire excellence.
About you:
Proven experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. Knowledge of current food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory standards is essential.
