Our client, based in Bristol at Emersons Green near the junction of the M4 and M32 (commutable from Bristol, Bath, Chippenham), are experts in the financial compliance industry, focusing mainly on the Motor Trade and Travel sectors. They have one of the UK's largest regulatory networks with many retail sites across the UK, offering a range of Finance and Insurance services.
They are looking for a Sales & Onboarding Administrator to join their friendly team. This role involves providing Appointed Representative status, handling compliance, and supporting clients in their onboarding and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online.
* Triaging and prioritising leads, assessing needs, and assigning to sales teams.
* Maintaining and updating CRM systems for clear handovers and tracking.
* Following up with leads to maintain engagement and progress through the sales pipeline.
* Supporting planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
* Preparing prospect lists, coordinating email campaigns, and analyzing campaign data.
* Managing the onboarding lifecycle for new clients, ensuring compliance documentation is accurate and timely.
* Communicating with clients during onboarding and coordinating with internal departments.
* Supporting sales and client development with administrative tasks.
* Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
* Responding to client queries and escalating complex issues.
* Ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards during onboarding.
About You:
* Experience in sales coordination, onboarding, or sales administration.
* Interest in compliance, regulated industries, and the motor trade.
* Professional handling of inbound sales calls and client communications.
* Skilled with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft 365, campaign tools, and social media.
* Strong communication skills, organized, analytical, and able to multitask.
* Self-starter with initiative and team contribution.
