Web Designer – Full-Time, On-Site (Altrincham)

This is an exciting opportunity for a sharp, creative, and UX-focused Web Designer to join our fast-moving, high-performance team. If you live in Figma, obsess over clean UI, and can turn ideas into slick user experiences, we want you on board.

We move quickly, creating and optimising landing pages, funnels, and user journeys that convert. You’ll work closely with performance teams and creatives to bring smart, effective designs to life.
About The Role
We want a Web Designer who’s not just a pixel-pusher, but someone who gets user behaviour, conversion, and flow. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, a passion for great UI, and the speed to keep up with our high-output team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design high-converting landing pages and funnels in Figma
* Work with CRO and performance teams to improve UX and boost results
* Create UI that’s intuitive, on-brand, and visually sharp
* Move fast, we plan, create, test and launch quickly
* Collaborate with developers and creatives to bring your designs to life
The Skills To Succeed
* Expert in Figma
* Strong understanding of UX best practices and user journeys
* Confident eye for modern UI design, layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing
* Experience designing for conversion-focused environments (bonus!)
* Fast, responsive, and comfortable working in a collaborative team
What We Can Offer You
* Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum - dependent on experience
