THE ROLE - Heating Area Sales Manager
* Selling one of the most efficient and best performing ranges of commercial HVAC products to Commercial Merchants and M&E Contractors.
* Focusing on building relationships with the merchants and contractors.
* Working from home; planning your own diary and spending time finding new leads, quoting for work, and following up on quotes.
* Keeping close relationships with existing customers and maximising sales where possible.
* Working closely with contractors, advising them on solutions to issues on site.
* Following leads through to the merchant stage.
THE PERSON - Heating Area Sales Manager
* Experience of sales where you've been selling commercial HVAC products such as pumps, heat exchangers, valves, BMS, boilers, water heaters, water treatment, drainage, piping systems, flues.
* Experience of calling on Commercial Merchants and/or Commercial M&E Contractors.
THE PACKAGE - Heating Area Sales Manager
* Good basic, negotiable depending on experience.
* Bonus – c10K p.a. – depending on performance.
* Company car or allowance.
* Pension.
THE LOCATION - Heating Area Sales Manager
The patch is South London and South East. You would ideally be based in Reading, South London, Guildford, Southampton,, Maidstone, Ramsgate, Hastings. Relevant Counties: Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex, Kent, Berkshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, and South London.
