Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Structural Surveyor to join a well-established civil and structural engineering consultancy delivering practical, design-led solutions from concept through to construction.
As a Structural Surveyor, you will assess buildings for structural concerns and produce detailed reports outlining findings and recommended remedial solutions.
This role offers a salary range of GBP 35,000 - GBP 40,000 and benefits.
What we are looking for
* Previously worked as a Structural Surveyor, Building Surveyor, Structural engineer, Disrepair Surveyor, Building Structural Surveyor, Structural Building Surveyor, Property Surveyor, Building Defects Surveyor or in a similar role.
* Proven experience surveying properties for structural issues
* Strong technical understanding of building structures and defects
* Ability to produce professional reports including remedial advice
* Good working knowledge of relevant building standards and regulations
