With continued growth and investment in operations, they are now looking to appoint a Dispatch Team Leader to support the smooth running of their busy dispatch function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Dispatch Team Leader who enjoys leading from the front, working closely with operations teams, and ensuring products leave site efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description
The Dispatch Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day dispatch operation while remaining hands-on within the warehouse environment. Approximately 50% of the role will involve manual dispatch duties such as picking, packing, and preparing customer orders.
The Dispatch Team Leader will ensure orders are packed accurately, meet quality standards, and are dispatched on time. Acting as the final quality control point, the Dispatch Team Leader will check products prior to dispatch to ensure correct specifications, accessories, and presentation standards.
Alongside operational duties, the Dispatch Team Leader will supervise the dispatch team, manage workloads, support staff training, and monitor performance to maintain efficiency and accuracy. The Dispatch Team Leader will also liaise with courier partners, monitor delivery performance, and support investigations into delayed or damaged consignments.
The Dispatch Team Leader will track dispatch KPIs, support process improvements, and help maintain high operational standards across dispatch, packaging, and accessory stock control.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a Dispatch Team Leader, Dispatch Supervisor, or similar warehouse leadership role
* Strong knowledge of dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations
* Hands-on experience with picking, packing, and shipping processes
* Experience managing or supervising warehouse teams
* Strong attention to detail and quality control
* Ability to liaise with courier partners and manage delivery performance
* Good organisational and communication skills
