Senior Service Assurance Manager – Contract
📍 Location: Castle Donington (Office Based, 5 days per week)
💰 Rate: £400 per day (Inside IR35)
⏳ Duration: 6 months
🔔 On-call support required in case of Major Incidents
We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Assurance Manager to join a key programme within a large-scale distribution and retail technology environment. This role will be critical in ensuring the stability, resilience, and performance of IT services across the Distribution Centre.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage service assurance activities across the Distribution Centre.
*
Oversee Change, Problem, and Incident Management processes.
*
Act as the main point of communication with senior stakeholders across technology and business teams.
*
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure service stability.
*
Manage IT support teams and drive service performance improvements.
*
Produce service level reports and monitor ongoing service delivery.
Essential Experience
*
Strong background in Service Management (ITIL framework preferred).
*
Proven experience in managing Major Incidents and Problem Management.
*
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
*
Preferable: experience within Logistics and Retail industries
