* Managing a varied litigation caseload from inception to conclusion
* Advising clients on general civil and commercial disputes
* Assisting with and progressing clinical negligence and personal injury matters
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements and court documents
* Attending hearings and conducting advocacy where appropriate
* Liaising directly with clients, counsel and third parties
* Working collaboratively within the litigation team
Candidate Profile
* The ideal candidate will:
* Be a qualified solicitor with experience in litigation and dispute resolution
* Have exposure to a broad range of contentious matters
* Be confident managing files with an appropriate level of supervision
* Possess strong drafting, communication and organisational skills
* Be a team player with a flexible and professional approach
