Product Support Engineer - Field Based - Climate Centre

Responsibilities
* Provide technical assistance to customers, service engineers, and sales teams (Branches and Key Account Managers) regarding air conditioning systems.
* Diagnose and resolve complex product/installation issues, both remotely and on-site.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of air conditioning products, including VRV/F systems, split units, and chillers.
* Site visits (pre and after sales) and liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for technical queries and product updates and training.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00am-17:00pm. No weekend work required.
Qualifications
* Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 3–5 years in HVAC or air conditioning technical support or engineering role
* Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and control technologies
* Full Clean UK Driving Licence
