About The Role
Sous Chef, Hotel du Vin
Responsibilities include supporting the Head Chef to ensure the team delivers brand standards in a smooth and consistent manner. Ideally you will have worked at this level before and be able to demonstrate your skills when developing the team beneath you. This role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for progression within the HDV kitchen, with internal development encouraged.
Our kitchen operates with a strong focus on catering revenue, offering a busy, fast-paced environment and exposure to a range of produce.
We create memories that our guests never forget and view this role as a potential next step toward a Head Chef position.

* Support the Head Chef by delivering the brand standards in a smooth and consistent manner.
* Develop the kitchen team and demonstrate leadership at Sous Chef level.
* Work in a fast-paced environment and manage varied produce.
Qualifications & Expectations
* Experience at Sous Chef level or equivalent, with ability to develop a team.
* Willingness to learn and progress within the Hotel du Vin kitchen.
