Beyond Talent are delighted to be supporting a growing and fast paced organisation with hiring a Payroll Manager to join their finance team.
This is a standalone position, which will grow over time, and would suit someone with solid end to end experience looking to expand their role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full monthly payroll cycle and ensure compliance with regulations
* Verify timesheets against rosters and resolve any discrepancies
* Process accurate and timely employee payments
* Administer payroll-related benefits such as healthcare, vehicle, and fuel
* Maintain up-to-date payroll and employee records
* Handle queries and disputes promptly
* Prepare and deliver departmental reports
* Collaborate with the on-site finance team and coordinate remotely with HR and service managers
To be successfully considered, you will bring the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, HMRC reporting and compliance
* Confident in handling payroll queries and problem-solving
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using payroll systems and Excel
