M&M Supply is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of learning, social, emotional, and additional educational needs within a welcoming and inclusive school environment. Working alongside teachers, SEND professionals, and pastoral teams, you will help create an environment where pupils feel supported, valued, and able to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities include: - Providing one-to-one and small-group support - Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs - Helping pupils access the curriculum through tailored strategies - Promoting confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing - Supporting positive behaviour and inclusion - Monitoring progress and contributing to intervention planning - Working collaboratively with teaching staff, families, and external professionals - Assisting with personal care needs where required - Supporting pupils during trips, enrichment activities, and school events We are looking for someone who: - Is passionate about supporting children with additional needs - Has a nurturing, patient, and resilient approach - Can build trusting relationships with pupils - Communicates effectively with colleagues and families - Remains calm under pressure and adapts to changing situations - Has experience in education, care, youth work, support work, or similar settings (desirable) Most importantly, you'll be committed to helping every child feel included, valued, and capable of success. - A highly rewarding role where you can see the impact of your work every day - Opportunities for training and professional development - Experience working alongside experienced education professionals - Potential career progression within education and SEND support - The chance to make a lasting difference to children's lives The successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and all relevant safeguarding clearances.
