Conveyancing Paralegal /Conveyancing Assistant

The Role:
•You will be working closely under the direction and supervision of the solicitors
•Speaking to new clients, taking instructions and opening files
•Drafting contracts
•Raising and answering enquiries
•Applying for land searches
•Review Title
•Dealing with pre- contract enquiries
•Search reports and mortgage reports on purchases
•Prepare bills and completion statements on both sales and purchases
•Deal with completions and post completion work to include serving notices on leasehold properties
•Liaise with clients, Solicitors, Estate Agents and Mortgage lenders
The Candidate
•Minimum of 1 years’ recent experience within Residential Property
•Our client will consider candidates with Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant experience
•Computer literate. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft office
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
•Flexible approach to work
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client care
•Effectively prioritise and have excellent organisation skills for a fast paced workload with tight deadlines
